Doogan’s Deli & Grocery is built on hard work, heart, and a deep connection to the Plattsburgh community.
Our Story
Doogan’s, established on January 1, 2025, is a new up and coming deli, grocery store, ice cream shop. Doogan’s offers a clean and welcoming shop that makes people feel they’ve entered a special place as soon as they walk in. During warmer days, we open access to our back yard space that includes additional Adirondack Chair seating and games for the family including Corn hole, Connect Four, Checkers, Yahtzee, and more. We now accept Cardinal Cash for easy access to our foods for SUNY Plattsburgh college students.

Soft Serve All Year Round!!
Soft serve ice cream is now available YEAR ROUND!! Our soft-serve is AMAZING and we offer over 130 different flavors!! We also have a wide variety of ice cream treats including twisters, sundaes, ice cream nachos, banana splits, and more. If you’ve got a creative ice cream treat idea, come and tell us how to make it!!
